Job summary

VG SUPPLY CHAIN, INC. is seeking a Warehouse Picker to join our team at Megaland Compound, Zone 3, Sinaloc, El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental. You will read pick slips, locate items, verify accuracy, and label goods for loading, while keeping precise records.

You will assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts, and you must follow safety procedures and QMS requirements daily.

Qualifications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MAJOR:

• 1. Read and interpret order slips/picklist to determine items to be picked.


• 2. Locate and retrieve items from storage areas.


• 3. Ensure picked items match order specifications.


• 4. Prepare and label the items correctly for loading.


• 5. Maintain accurate records of picked orders.


• 6. Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment.


• 7. Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures.


• 8. Assist in other warehouse activities as needed.


• 9. Conduct daily cycle count.


• 10. Support in ensuring that the Quality Management System requirements are being followed and complied.

MINOR:

• 11. Adhere to warehouse SOP and company policies.


• 12. Other task required by the immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Graduate or equivalent


• Minimum one (1) year experience in a warehouse or picking role


• Knowledge of order picking and packing procedures


• Attention to detail and accuracy


• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management


• Ability to use handheld scanners and other picking equipment


• Willing to be assigned at Personal Collection Warehouse - Megaland Compound, Zone 3, Sinaloc, El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental.
