Job summary

Pink Ventures Inc. seeks an Inventory Coordinator to manage stock records, track levels, and ensure accurate inventory control at the Sambag I, Cebu City location.

You will collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to forecast demand and coordinate replenishments in a fast-paced aesthetic clinic setting. Ideal candidates will have high school education, physical fitness for handling inventory, and strong detail orientation with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• At least a High School graduate.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy inventory.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Familiarity with products used in aesthetic clinics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: maintain accurate records, track stock levels, monitor movement.
• Auditing and Reporting: conduct audits and generate stock level reports.
• Supply Chain Coordination: forecast demand, plan replenishment, manage deliveries.
• Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and monitor inventory movement.

• Auditing and Reporting: Conduct routine audits to reconcile inventory discrepancies and generate reports on stock levels, trends, and variances.

• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to forecast demand, plan for stock replenishment, and manage deliveries.

• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in inventory procedures and propose and implement improvements to optimize inventory management.

• Documentation and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to inventory control and management.
