Job summary

Kaertech Limited is seeking a Warehouse Personnel in Biñan, Laguna to support production and engineering by preparing materials, issuing items, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

The role requires HS education, ERP familiarity, and preferred forklift certification, with focus on 5S and efficient material handling. On-site with potential shuttle/parking support.

Qualifications

• Completed at least High School.
• Heavy Equipment Operation (Forklift) NC II is an advantage.
• Background in ERP system is an advantage.
• Preferably with background in warehouse operation, receiving, issuance, storage and inventory control.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares MIS form, materials needed by production and other Engineering requests.
• Assists and monitors the issuance of materials.
• Assists on re-locating returned and new received materials
• Handles the inventory records and stocks counting.
• Ensures compliance in 5S.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned as the need arises.
