Job summary

Kaertech a Baracoda Company in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Personnel to support production and engineering by preparing materials, issuing items, and keeping accurate inventory records. This role emphasizes proper storage and handling of materials to ensure production timelines.

The candidate should have at least a high school diploma; forklift NC II is an advantage. ERP background and MS Office knowledge are preferred, with experience in warehouse operations, receiving, issuance,

• Forklift NC II is an advantage.
• Background in ERP systems is an advantage.
• Preferably with background in warehouse operations, receiving, issuance, storage and inventory control.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares MIS form, materials needed by production and other Engineering requests.
• Assists and monitors the issuance of materials.
• Assists on re-locating returned and new received materials
• Hands the inventory records and stocks counting.
• Ensures compliance in 5S.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned as the need arises.

The Warehouse Personnel is responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations by preparing and issuing materials required for production and engineering activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper storage and handling of materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepares MIS form, materials needed by production and other Engineering requests.
• Assists and monitors the issuance of materials.
• Assists on re-locating returned and new received materials
• Handles the inventory records and stocks counting.
• Ensures compliance in 5S.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned as the need arises.

Must Have

• Completed at least High School
• Heavy Equipment Operation (Forklift) NC II, an advantage
• Background in ERP system, an advantage
• Preferably with background in warehouse operation, receiving, issuance, storage and inventory control
• Knowledgeable in inventory management and MS office applications
