Industrial Controls Systems, Inc. (ICON) in Metro Manila is seeking a Team Lead Jr. – Warehouse Operations to supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

You will assign tasks, monitor performance, coach staff, and coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, and Technical Services to resolve issues and improve productivity, accuracy, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• At least 5 years in warehouse operations with 2–3 years in leadership.
• Proficient in Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, 5S and warehouse safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of warehouse personnel including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Assign daily tasks based on operational requirements and priorities.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, work quality, and compliance with procedures.
• Ensure internal requests are processed accurately and timely.
• Conduct checks to ensure proper handling, storage, labeling and organization of inventory.
• Monitor inventory movements and maintain stock records.
• Investigate and report discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages, and issues to the Operations Manager.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, Project and Technical Services to resolve concerns.
• Ensure warehouse equipment and work areas are maintained and used safely.
• Promote 5S and safety compliance within the warehouse.

About the role

The Team Lead Jr. – Warehouse Operations is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the warehouse team to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely warehouse operations. The position oversees receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory control, and internal stock requests while ensuring proper handling and documentation of warehouse materials. The role is responsible for assigning tasks, monitoring team performance, providing guidance and coaching, addressing operational concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and established procedures. The Team Lead Jr. also works closely with the Operations Manager and other departments to maintain smooth warehouse operations and continuously improve productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse personnel, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.




• Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to warehouse team members based on operational requirements and priorities.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.




• At least 5 years of relevant warehouse operations experience, with at least 2–3 years of experience in a Team Lead, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar leadership role.




• Proven experience in leading, managing, and coordinating warehouse personnel, including task assignment, work scheduling, performance monitoring, coaching, and addressing team concerns.




• Strong experience in inventory management, warehouse coordination, receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control.




• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for warehouse reporting, inventory monitoring, and data analysis.




• Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, 5S, warehouse safety standards, inventory control, and proper material handling procedures.




• Team leadership and people management skills, including task assignment, coaching, and conflict resolution.




• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.




• Strong communication and coordination skills with warehouse personnel, other departments, and management.




• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
