Warehouse Manager
Role Overview
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing all warehouse operations, including inventory control, equipment storage, and asset rentals. This role ensures all items entering and leaving the warehouse are properly recorded, approved, and tracked to prevent loss or misuse.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management
- Maintain a complete and updated inventory list of all warehouse items (TVs, LED screens, event equipment, furniture, tools, etc.)
- Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy
- Organize warehouse items properly for easy identification and access
- Ensure all equipment is stored safely and maintained in good condition
- Inbound and Outbound Control
- Maintain a daily In & Out Log System for all warehouse items
- Ensure all returned items are checked and recorded immediately
- Equipment Rental Management
- Manage the rental of company equipment (TVs, displays, event equipment, etc.)
- Keep records of rental agreements, rental rates, rental duration, return condition of items, and coordinate with the finance team for billing and payment tracking
- Warehouse Operations
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure warehouse conditions
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and storage of items
- Coordinate with project teams for equipment preparation and return
- Report damaged or missing equipment immediately
- Reporting
- Provide weekly inventory reports to management
- Report any discrepancies or losses immediately
- Event Manpower Support
- Provide manpower assistance during company events, including loading and unloading of equipment
- Assist in on-site setup and dismantling of event materials and equipment
- Ensure all deployed equipment is complete, functional, and properly returned to the warehouse after the event
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management or inventory control
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Basic knowledge of Excel or inventory management systems
- Honest, responsible, and trustworthy
- Ability to coordinate with operations, project teams, and management
