Job summary

Lamido E-Services Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations, optimize inbound, inventory, and outbound activities, and drive service levels.

You will oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely movement of goods. You will drive continuous improvements, collaborate with carriers and internal teams, maintain 5S and safety standards, and mentor teams to achieve peak performance in a dynamic logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations with leadership.
• Experience managing inbound, inventory, and outbound operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop inbound, inventory, and outbound teams to meet targets.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch.
• Ensure timely and accurate movement of goods with inventory accuracy.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and logistics partners for end-to-end operations.
• Resolve issues, complaints, discrepancies, delays, and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with 5S, health and safety, housekeeping, and warehouse standards.
• Support audits and drive continuous improvement to productivity and service quality.
