Job summary

Primover Consultancy Services, Inc. in Manila is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, storage, picking and release of stocks. The role requires hands-on management and ensuring accurate stock movements in the WMS.

Qualifications

• College graduate in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related course.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience using a WMS and managing inventory with bin locations.
• Skilled in stock reconciliation, warehouse documentation, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, and releasing of stocks.
• Ensure all stock movements are promptly and accurately recorded in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Keep stocks in their assigned bin locations and verify WMS records against actual quantities.
• Conduct stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrective action.
• Enforce proper documentation, stock security, safety, and housekeeping.
