Job summary

IRS Eastern, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate receiving, dispatching, inventory control, and reporting. The role focuses on efficiency, safety, and compliance while coordinating a team of staff.

You will optimize layout and logistics, monitor data to boost productivity, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement. A Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field is required, plus at least one year in warehouse operations;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in warehouse operations and inventory.
• Safety Officer Certificate is an advantage.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Experience with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations in line with company standards.
• Ensure efficient receiving, dispatching, inventory control, and reporting.
• Optimize warehouse layout, productivity, and logistics.
• Enforce security, safety, and compliance protocols.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Monitor and analyze logistics data to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
