Job summary

IRS Eastern, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations in our facility in Davao City, Philippines.

You will ensure efficient receiving, storage, dispatching, and reporting, while optimizing layout and logistics to boost productivity. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with at least 1 year of warehouse experience and a background in Industrial Engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of warehouse operations and inventory experience.
• Safety Officer Certificate is an advantage.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Experience using MS Office applications, inventory management, and manpower knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations in line with company standards.
• Ensure efficient receiving, dispatching, inventory control, and reporting.
• Optimize warehouse layout, productivity, and logistics.
• Enforce security, safety, and compliance protocols.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Monitor and analyze logistics data to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
