Job summary

Virginia Food, Inc (VFI) in Ozamiz City is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and logistics operations on an 8-hour shift, Monday–Saturday. You will oversee receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch of Finished Goods, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate is a college graduate with at least two years of supervisory experience in logistics and distribution, able to work overtime and holidays when needed, and capable of strong leadership and organization

Qualifications

• College graduate with any relevant logistics/warehouse management degree.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics.
• At least 2 years of experience in Logistics & Distribution.
• Willing to work overtime and holidays when needed.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch of Finished Goods.
• Drive accuracy, productivity, and cost-efficient operations.
