Job summary

Cebu Atlantic Hardware, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to lead the morning assembly of the team, set daily priorities, and address recurring problems to keep operations efficient.

You will confirm next steps for unclaimed customer items and coordinate stock matters with branches and DCs to ensure accurate inventory records. Additionally, you will respond to concerns from Receiving, DIY, Warehouse or DC and document actions taken to prevent recurrence, while

Qualifications

Graduate of Industrial engineering, Operations Management or its equivalent.
At least 2 years experience in retail warehousing.

Responsibilities

Leads morning assembly of team members to prepare for the day and to discuss priorities, solutions to recurring problems and address issues or concerns so these do not get in the way of work.
Addresses unclaimed items purchased by the customer to confirm on what is the next step on what to do with the items.
Coordinates with other store branches or DC regarding stocks, trucks and discrepancies in the quality and quantity of stocks. Coordinates with Inventory Controller and Inventory Staff for accurate system inventory and resolve discrepancies.
Addresses concerns from Receiving, DIY, Warehouse or DC personnel regarding warehouse operations and provides helpful information to resolve problems and avoid them from recurring.
Files documents chronologically such as pull-outs, non-trade & trade stocks, incident report, in-house, damage and other important findings on the clearing checklist.
