Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Monitor workflow and allocate manpower to meet targets and timelines.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with providers and internal departments.
• Maintain organization and maximize storage space utilization.
• Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions using WMS/ERP systems.
• Train and motivate warehouse personnel to achieve targets and adherence to standards.
• Prepare manpower schedules and monitor attendance and productivity.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Support cost reduction, efficiency, and warehouse optimization initiatives.
