Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and releasing merchandise, ensuring accuracy of records.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory, conduct stock counts, and investigate discrepancies to minimize loss.
• Ensure proper arrangement, labeling, and storage of stock to optimize space and accessibility.
• Coordinate timely replenishment of merchandise to selling areas and maintain stock visibility.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse personnel to maximize productivity and compliance with procedures.
• Check incoming and outgoing stocks for quantity, quality, and accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse.
• Prepare and submit inventory and operational reports as required.
• Coordinate with Store Operations and other departments regarding stock requirements and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Ace Hardware policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
