Job summary

Highpoint Property Ventures is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and to maintain accurate inventory records. You will store items properly, issue goods on approved requests, and monitor stock levels while coordinating with Purchasing, Projects and Production to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires experience in warehousing, knowledge of MS Excel and barcode systems, and adherence to 5S and safety practices.

Qualifications

• College graduate; warehousing-related course is an advantage.
• At least 2 years' experience as Warehouseman or similar role in multi-industry environment.
• Knowledge of receiving, storage, issuance, inventory control, inventory systems and reports.
• Experience with barcode scanners, MS Excel, inventory systems.
• Knowledge of safety practices, housekeeping and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials.
• Store materials properly and maintain inventory records.
• Issue materials based on approved requests.
• Monitor stock levels and discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory, receiving, issuance and reconciliation reports.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Projects and Production.
• Assist loading/unloading and recommend process improvements.
