Job summary

Shopee is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all warehouse activities in the Philippines. You will align operations with the company’s policy and strategic vision while leading a capable team.

You will conduct analytics to guide initiatives, manage cost and performance metrics, ensure SLA adherence, and develop staff for future challenges, while safeguarding inventory integrity and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 8–10 years total work experience focusing on warehouse operations or related field
• Excellent leadership with strong analytical ability to assess data and draw conclusions
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Strong problem solving, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be assigned in Ibaan, Batangas

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall warehouse operations
• Strategically manage warehouse in line with company policies and vision
• Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through analytics and strong grasp of local market
• Manages analyses including cost/benefit, cost-optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasts, solution feasibility
• Oversee inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics (returns), warehouse inventory, outbound and maintenance operations; Ensure SLAs are met
• Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions and developed for future challenges
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing and handling requirements
• Manage overall warehouse cost and budget
• Produce reports and statistics regularly: warehouse key metrics, shrinkage report, stock movement report, costs reports
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
