Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a senior leader to oversee the entire warehouse operation, ensuring alignment with the company’s policies and vision. You will drive efficiency, inventory control, and cost management while guiding a team toward continuous improvement.

This role requires deep analytics, KPI mastery, and hands-on experience with WMS systems. You will collaborate with management on strategic initiatives, design policies, and ensure SLAs are met across inbound, storage, and outbound

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of total work experience focusing on management consulting, warehouse operations, or related field.
• Strong leadership with analytical expertise to assess data and draw conclusions.
• Knowledge of warehousing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.

Job Description

• Oversee the overall warehouse operations
• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through analytics and strong grasp of local market
• Manages various analyses – including cost/benefit, cost-optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasts, solution feasibility, and more
• Oversee inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics (returns), warehouse inventory, outbound and maintenance operations; Ensure SLAs are met
• Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing and handling requirements
• Manage overall warehouse cost and budget
• Produce reports and statistics regularly: Warehouse key metrics, shrinkage report, stock movement report, costs reports
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

Requirements

• Possesses Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 10 years of total work experience focusing on management consulting, warehouse operations, or related field
• Excellent leadership skill with strong analytical expertise to properly assess data and draw conclusions from it
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Strong problem solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to be assigned in Bulacan
