Job summary

3cat in the Philippines is building its first warehouse operations. We seek a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead stock accuracy, inbound and outbound processes, and QC/packing workflows to ensure on-time delivery.

You will oversee the warehouse team, coordinate with Malaysia, and drive standard operating procedures during setup and peak periods, maintaining high quality and security across all activities.

Qualifications

As we establish 3cat in the Philippines, we're looking for our first Warehouse Manager to lead our local warehouse operations, keep every device moving accurately and efficiently, and set strong operational standards from day one.

The Role

Every device that reaches a customer passes through our warehouse first.

Received right. Checked right. Recorded right. Sent out right.

That's where you come in. You'll lead the Philippines warehouse team and run the day‑to‑day operation, making sure stock is received, checked, recorded, stored and dispatched accurately.

You'll be responsible for knowing exactly where our stock is, making sure every device is accounted for by IMEI or serial number, and ensuring orders leave the warehouse correctly and on time.

You'll also oversee device QC, grading and cleaning, stock transfers and returns, courier handovers and warehouse standards, while working closely with our Malaysia team as we establish and grow our Philippines operations.

This is a hands‑on role. We're looking for someone who is comfortable being on the warehouse floor with the team, especially during setup and peak periods, and who takes action quickly when something doesn't add up.

You’ll take ownership of:

• Inventory Accuracy & Control: Ensure daily stock counts are completed before closing and maintain 100% stock accuracy by IMEI/serial number and location. Investigate and **escalate** discrepancies promptly.
• Inbound & Stock Movement: Oversee receiving, GRN, put‑away, stock transfers and returns, ensuring every movement is accurately recorded in the relevant systems with complete supporting documents.
• Device QC & Readiness: Oversee device QC, grading and cleaning according to 3cat standards. Make sure failed and pending‑QC devices are clearly separated from stock that is ready for sale.
• Order Fulfilment & Delivery: Manage order processing, packing, AWB records and courier handovers, with checks to prevent wrong‑item and duplicate shipments. Follow up on delayed, lost or damaged parcels.
• Warehouse Operations & Team: Lead the warehouse team day to day, train them on workflows and standards, and work alongside them when needed. Maintain warehouse security, safe storage, good housekeeping and daily opening and closing checks.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone hands‑on, organised and very strong on inventory control. You know that when you're handling individual devices, every unit needs to be accounted for.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3–5+ years of warehouse, inventory or logistics experience, ideally with responsibility for day‑to‑day warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Has strong inventory management skills, including stock counts, reconciliation, discrepancy investigation and experience using warehouse or inventory systems.
• Has experience handling smartphones, electronics or serial‑number‑controlled inventory. This is preferred, especially where individual units need to be tracked accurately.
• Is hands‑on and willing to work alongside the team, particularly during warehouse setup, peak periods and when operational issues need to be resolved quickly.
• Has strong ownership, attention to detail and problem‑solving skills, and can maintain high standards in a fast‑moving, growing business.
