Qualifications

• College level or vocational course completed.
• Experience in maintenance work in a similar field.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in related industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on all warehouse equipment and fixtures.
• Attend to minor and major repairs of defective equipment.
• Monitor and conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and data gathering.
• Oversee sewerage treatment plant operation.
• Manage janitorial supplies and optimize usage.
• Store and safeguard spare parts and tools.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness during all store hours and closing times.
• Inspect and test equipment and order necessary materials.
