Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and data gathering.
• Oversee sewerage treatment plant operation.
• Manage janitorial supplies and optimize usage.

About the role

Responsible for the smooth day-to-day safety operation and maintenance of all warehouse facility, equipment and its surroundings. A detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Clerk to provide administrative support to our maintenance team. You will be responsible for managing records, scheduling tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly preventive maintenance of all warehouse equipment and fixtures
• Attend to both minor and major repairs of defective equipment in the store
• Conduct weekly fogging
• Ensure that daily data gathering of maintenance activity form is timely, accurate and complete
• Monitor the Sewerage Treatment Plant operation
• Ascertain that janitorial supplies are kept at minimum while maximizing its usage
• Store and safekeep equipment and fixtures' spare parts and tools
• Ensure cleanliness of warehouse floor area, comfort rooms, dining area and removal of trash during store hours and closing time
• Inspect and test equipment
• Monitor supplies and order new materials when needed
