Job summary

JBW FloorCenter, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our team in Valenzuela City. The role conducts inventory audits, prepares analysis reports, and resolves discrepancies between physical counts and accounting records.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, 1–2 years in purchasing/inventory, keen attention to detail, and is available to start ASAP. You will support cross‑department inventory controls and year‑end analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Has keen attention to details.
• Willing to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Conducts inventory audits to ensure proper inventory control at the branches, outlets, and depots (Physical account versus Accounting records).
• Prepares analysis reports of inventory audit.
• Investigate and determine causes of irregularities and errors.
• Recommend corrective actions and suggest process improvements.
• Provide technical assistance to other departments concerning inventory controls and procedures.
• Prepares year-end analysis of inventory shortages.
