Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and stock audits at the warehouse.
• Verify and compare actual inventory with stock records, inventory reports, and system data.
• Review warehouse and inventory reports and identify any shortages, excess stocks, discrepancies, or variances.
• Assist in investigating inventory discrepancies and coordinate with concerned warehouse personnel and departments for proper resolution.
• Prepare and maintain inventory audit reports, discrepancy reports, and other warehouse-related documents.
• Monitor and validate inventory movements, including stock receiving, releasing, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Ensure that all warehouse transactions are properly documented and supported by accurate records.
• Perform data entry, filing, recordkeeping, and other administrative tasks.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor, Accounting Department, and other concerned departments regarding inventory concerns.
• Maintain organized and accurate physical and electronic files.
• Perform other warehouse administrative and inventory-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• With at least internship experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, inventory auditing, or a related role
• Experience in conducting physical inventory counts and checking inventory discrepancies is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and accuracy in handling reports and inventory records.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on-site and report to the warehouse as scheduled.
• Willing to work two days at the warehouse and three days at the office.
