Job summary

JBW FloorCenter, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support inventory control and order fulfillment. You will document materials, count quantities, and prepare orders for shipment to branches or nearby customers.

You will collaborate with the Inventory Clerk to ensure stock availability, maintain a clean and safe warehouse, and process customer orders efficiently. The position is on-site at 79 Ramitex Compound, General Luis St., Bagbaguin Valenzuela City.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate with at least 4 years in Computer Science/Information Technology or any business course.
• Has keen attention to details.
• Has good communication skills.
• Has initiative and able to deal with people at all levels.
• Willing to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Document quantity, quality and value of materials or products, in order to maintain shipping, receiving, and production records and files.
• Check, processes and clears customer’s order for shipments.
• Count or estimate quantities of items or products received or shipped.
• Sorts, arranges, and labels all the goods in the warehouse.
• Prepares all orders by the store branches for shipment or for nearby purchase.
• Collaborates with the Inventory Clerk to ensure regular availability of goods.
• Keeps inventory or record of the movement of items, in and out of the products.
• Keeps the warehouse and its environment clean to ensure safety.
