Job summary

TRI-DIMENSION METAL FABRICATION is seeking a warehouse/logistics professional in Biñan, Laguna to assist with receiving, inspecting, and documenting materials. The role includes labeling, storing, inventory monitoring, and coordinating with production and accounting to resolve inventory concerns.

The successful candidate will maintain safety and order in the warehouse, perform basic quality checks, and handle overtime as required. Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related fields is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming materials and supplies
• Verify quantities and conditions of items based on delivery documents
• Properly label, store, and organize raw materials and finished products
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in weekly, monthly, and annual inventory counts
• Prepare and release materials to production with complete documentation
• Conduct basic quality checks prior to issuance or delivery
• Coordinate with production, accounting, and logistics regarding inventory concerns
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the warehouse
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the immediate supervisor
