Job summary

Sta. Clara International Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to ensure accurate receiving and issuing of materials.

The role emphasizes proper tagging, verification of item codes, and maintaining orderly, safe warehouse practices. You will coordinate with the Materials Management team to prepare MIS and RIR, check documents for deliveries and issues, monitor borrowed items, and perform ad hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• A degree or vocational course in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment is preferred for more competitive roles.

Responsibilities

• Implements proper tagging of newly delivered items based on the item codes indicated in the OTP.
• Indicates items codes of materials issued in their corresponding MIS.
• Checks completeness and correctness of the supporting documents of delivered items.
• Checks the validity of MRWS prior to issuance of requested materials.
• Coordinates with the Materials Management Encoder to ensure the immediate preparation of MIS and RIR.
• Monitors all borrowed items.
• Observes proper housekeeping inside the project warehouse area.
• Performs other related job/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
