We are looking for a Warehouse Inventory Management Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and proper control of inventory in our warehouse operations.
The position will oversee inventory monitoring, stock movements, physical counting, system reconciliation, inventory documentation, discrepancy investigation, and implementation of inventory control procedures.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, detail-oriented, and highly accountable, with the ability to identify inventory discrepancies, determine their root causes, prevent inventory losses, and ensure that warehouse personnel consistently follow established inventory controls.
Supervise the daily inventory management and control activities of the warehouse.
Ensure that physical inventory quantities are accurately reflected in the company's inventory system.
Monitor all inventory movements, including receiving, put-away, transfers, picking, issuance, loading, returns, and adjustments.
Supervise regular cycle counts, spot checks, stock counts, and physical inventory counts.
Conduct reconciliation of physical inventory against SAP B1 / system records and warehouse documents.
Investigate inventory variances, shortages, overages, damaged stocks, missing stocks, and unexplained discrepancies.
Identify the root causes of inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor inventory accuracy by SKU, quantity, warehouse location, batch/lot, and expiry date, where applicable.
Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO and stock rotation.
Monitor slow-moving, aging, damaged, rejected, returned, and near-expiry stocks.
Ensure proper segregation and identification of good stocks, damaged stocks, rejected stocks, returned stocks, and other non-saleable inventory.
Review and validate inventory-related documents before system recording or adjustment.
Monitor proper documentation of inventory transfers, adjustments, returns, discrepancies, and other stock movements.
Review inventory adjustments and ensure that unauthorized or unsupported adjustments are not processed.
Conduct regular warehouse inventory inspections and control checks.
Monitor compliance with established inventory procedures and warehouse controls.
Supervise and guide Inventory Checkers and other personnel involved in inventory control activities.
Assign inventory counting activities and verify the accuracy of submitted count results.
Ensure proper accountability of personnel handling company inventory.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Logistics, Sales, Accounting, and other departments regarding inventory-related concerns.
Coordinate with Logistics regarding loading discrepancies, delivery returns, shortages, excesses, and other inventory issues.
Coordinate with Production regarding production output, finished goods transfers, rejects, returns, and inventory variances.
Coordinate with Accounting regarding inventory reconciliation and adjustment requirements.
Prepare and submit inventory accuracy, variance, discrepancy, and reconciliation reports to Management.
Analyze recurring inventory discrepancies and recommend improvements to existing processes and controls.
Assist in developing, implementing, and improving Warehouse and Inventory Management Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines.
Ensure proper filing and retention of inventory records and supporting documents.
Immediately escape significant discrepancies, suspected losses, pilferage, unauthorized stock movements, or control violations to Management.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Management.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse inventory management, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, food distribution, or a similar industry.
At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and stock accountability.

Experience handling multiple SKUs and high-volume inventory transactions.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, filtering, sorting, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis.
Experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is highly preferred.

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, and food safety requirements is an advantage.
Experience investigating inventory losses, pilferage, stock discrepancies, and unauthorized movements.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Experience working with warehouse KPIs and inventory performance metrics.
Strong understanding of inventory movement, stock accountability, counting, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy.
Ability to analyze inventory data, identify unusual transactions and discrepancies, and determine their root causes.
Ability to establish and enforce controls that prevent inventory losses, pilferage, theft, waste, and unauthorized stock movements.
Understands actual warehouse processes and is capable of physically verifying inventory rather than relying solely on system reports.
Able to supervise, train, and hold Inventory Checkers and warehouse personnel accountable for inventory accuracy.
Highly attentive to quantities, SKU codes, warehouse locations, batch/lot information, expiry dates, documents, and system transactions.
Able to investigate discrepancies and implement practical corrective and preventive actions.
Able to effectively coordinate inventory concerns with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Sales, Accounting, and Management.
