Job summary

Baldo Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support day-to-day warehouse activities at multiple sites in Dasmariñas, Cavite. The role emphasizes receiving, storage, and issuance of items, along with basic admin tasks and inventory checks.

The candidate should have at least college level education and 1 year in warehouse operations, good communication, and basic MS Office skills. Willingness to work at diverse sites is required.

Qualifications

• At least College Level.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in warehouse operation, including receiving, storage, and issuance activities.
• Efficient in oral and verbal communication.
• Ability to use basic Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with construction materials is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned at different site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving items, item storage, and issuances of consumable items and tools.
• Participate in regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in handling general administrative tasks, such as data entry, recordkeeping, and filing.
• Assist in document preparation for receiving and dispatched activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to address operational concerns and requests.
• Collaborate with Warehouse In Charge to provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Assist Warehouse In Charge in the execution of weekly and monthly inventory counts.
• Report any defective tools on-site to the Warehouse In Charge and assist in the preparation of Incident Report.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Warehouse In Charge from time to time.
