Job summary

Golden Century Marketing is seeking a skilled Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor in the Philippines to lead daily warehouse operations and align logistics with business objectives.

You'll oversee inventory control, order fulfilment, transportation planning, and cross-functional collaboration to optimise delivery routes, boost accuracy, and cut costs while maintaining safety and compliance. Strong leadership and 2+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in warehouse and inventory management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, and order fulfillment
• Oversee logistics planning and transportation management to optimise delivery routes and ensure on-time and accurate shipments
• Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage a team of warehouse and logistics personnel, providing leadership, training and performance management
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, procurement, MIS and accounting teams
