Responsibilities

• Inbound: Inspect goods against PO/receipts, verify quantity/quality, ensure documentation for inbound shipments.
• Outbound: Verify shipments against orders and delivery docs, ensure items are properly labeled and ready for shipment.
• Gate and Security: Monitor vehicle flow, verify driver identity and schedules, maintain logs.
• Coordination and Reporting: Communicate discrepancies to supervisors, coordinate with warehouse staff, assist in audits.
• Compliance and Safety: Follow warehouse and safety protocols, report incidents promptly.

Job Description:

Inbound Activities:

• Inspect incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery receipts, or manifests.

• Verify quantity, quality, and condition of goods before acceptance.

• Ensure proper documentation is submitted and recorded for all inbound shipments.

Outbound Activities:

• Verify outgoing shipments against customer orders, dispatch instructions, and delivery documentation.

• Ensure items are in proper condition, correctly labeled, and ready for shipment.

Gate and Security Control:

• Monitor and control vehicles entering and exiting the warehouse.

• Verify driver identity, vehicle authorization, and delivery/pick-up schedules.

• Maintain accurate logs of all inbound and outbound movements.

• Prevent unauthorized access and report any security concerns.

Coordination and Reporting:

• Communicate discrepancies or damages to warehouse supervisors or managers immediately.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to prepare goods for inbound receipt or outbound dispatch.

• Assist in internal audits and inventory verification when needed.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure all warehouse and safety protocols are strictly followed.

• Report incidents or irregularities promptly to management.
