Job summary

Greatwall Ventures OPC is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Checker to monitor, inspect, and verify incoming and outgoing goods at BREDCO Port in Bacolod City. The role focuses on ensuring accurate inventory records, proper handling of deliveries, and compliance with port procedures.

The successful candidate will inspect goods, verify documents, and report discrepancies while maintaining clear warehouse records and coordinating with drivers and suppliers. Onsite work is required at BREDCO Port.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate; vocational or college-level education is an advantage.
• Preferably with experience in warehousing, inventory checking, logistics, or receiving and dispatching goods.
• Familiarity with delivery receipts, stock monitoring, and basic inventory procedures.
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, are an advantage.
• Capable of inspecting goods and monitoring loading/unloading activities.
• Honest, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work onsite and be assigned at BREDCO Port, Bacolod City.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing goods, including quantity, condition, and specifications.
• Check delivery receipts, invoices, and other supporting documents against actual stocks received or released.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure accurate counting and proper handling of goods.
• Record and report discrepancies, damages, shortages, or excess stocks immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse transactions, stock movements, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, drivers, suppliers, and assigned company representatives.
• Ensure goods are properly arranged, secured, and accounted for during receiving and dispatch.
• Assist in inventory counting and periodic stock reconciliation.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and port regulations.
