Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Warehouse Finance & Inventory Manager in Mandaluyong City to oversee financial inventory controls and drive accuracy across the warehouse. The role focuses on optimizing inventory and supporting profitability through robust management practices.

You will lead reconciliation efforts, monitor stock movements, and ensure compliance with policies, while collaborating with Operations and Finance to improve inventory performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, or supply chain is required.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in warehouse or production in FMCG.
• Experience in FMCG warehouse or 3PL inventory management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory analysis and warehouse financial controls.
• Experience using SAP Business One is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory reconciliation and financial controls for the warehouse.
• Monitor stock movements and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies and procedures.
• Analyze inventory performance and generate management reports.
• Coordinate audits and cycle counts.
• Improve inventory processes using SAP Business One.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to improve accuracy.
• Supervise inventory control personnel
