Job summary

Our Clients in Mandaluyong City is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to oversee inventory accuracy across warehouses and stores. You will ensure proper system transactions in SAP ERP and conduct regular reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in inventory management within FMCG, food manufacturing, or retail environments, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. On-site role, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse ops.
• Experience with SAP ERP and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory movements per policies.
• Ensure accurate SAP ERP transactions.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support cycle counts and audits.
• Analyze shrinkage and losses; recommend actions.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Prepare variance analyses for management.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, Logistics.
• Conduct site visits to validate controls.
• Maintain inventory documentation for audits.
• Identify process improvements.
