Job summary

Our Clients in Mandaluyong City is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory governance across stores, commissaries, and warehouse operations. This role ensures inventory accuracy, upholds FIFO/FEFO practices, and drives SAP ERP transactions with a focus on control and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in inventory control within FMCG, retail, or warehouse environments, with strong analytical and leadership skills, and proven cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, SCM, or related field.
• 5+ years of inventory control experience in FMCG/retail/warehouse environments.
• Experience using SAP ERP (SAP Business One a plus) or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Willing to travel to stores, warehouses, and commissaries as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control across warehouses, commissaries, and retail/store operations to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor all inventory transactions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate SAP postings and maintain data integrity.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, annual, and cycle count activities with proper documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies, variances, and errors; implement corrective actions.
• Analyze shrinkage, spoilage, and losses; propose improvements to minimize risk.
• Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Procurement, and IT teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including process standardization and automation.
• Support audits with complete and accurate inventory documentation.
