Job summary

Our Clients in Mandaluyong City is seeking an Inventory Planning & Control Manager to oversee inventory planning, governance, and financial controls for stock accuracy and cost optimization. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on management of warehouse operations.

You will work with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to implement improvements and internal controls, ensuring efficient processes and accurate reporting using SAP Business One.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in warehouse operations, production management, or inventory management within FMCG.
• Experience in warehouse companies or 3PL providers specializing in inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory planning and warehouse inventory management.
• Analyze inventory trends, stock aging, and inventory turnover.
• Oversee inventory audits, reconciliation, and cycle counting.
• Develop inventory control strategies to reduce losses and improve efficiency.
• Utilize SAP Business One for inventory monitoring and reporting.
• Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams.
• Implement inventory process improvements and internal controls.
• Manage inventory control personnel and warehouse inventory performance.
