Job summary

All Asian Countertrade, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Assistant to support the Inventory Analyst with SAP transactions, document handling for outbound shipments, and daily reconciliation of inventory records.

You will help ensure compliance with QSHE policies, verify ATW approvals for pick-up deliveries, and coordinate with the Logistics Team to meet operational requirements, FIFO/FEFO standards, and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Inventory Analyst in all inventory concern and SAP transactions and reconciliations
• Monitor and prepare the required documents for all outbound warehouse transactions
• Ensure that all PICK UP deliveries are with approved ATW (Authority to Withdraw) and confirmation from Outbound or Assigned Account Executive prior to loading and dispatch
• Implement and ensure that QSHE (Quality, Safety and Health) policies are being observed and followed on a daily basis
• Prepare and reconcile daily inventory reports against physical counts and against records
• Assist in supervising and ensuring that the customer required quality requirements are followed at all times (FIFO/FEFO, No. of Batch Code and other Quality requirements)
• Coordinate with Logistics Team for operational requirements and concerns
