Job summary

All Asian Countertrade, Inc. is seeking a Supply and Demand Analyst to support the trading department in optimizing resource positioning and capturing inefficiencies in the PH Domestic Sugar Market.

The role also supports the paper and international desk by maintaining databases, calculators and reports. Responsibilities include updating proprietary models and reports, monitoring local and international agricultural developments, and generating specialized tasks and reports as assigned to keep

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, updating and improving the company’s proprietary agricultural supply and demand models, reports and databases that the company uses for its overall physical trading strategies
• Monitor local and international agricultural developments in assigned commodity, trade flows, market relevant information to keep our assumptions, models and strategies up-to-date to ever changing environment.
• Supporting the operations of the paper and international desk by maintaining databases, calculators and reports to better streamline its performance.
• Other specialized tasks and reports as assigned

Job description

The Supply and Demand Analyst plays a key role in the trading department as it supports the overall strategy by providing valuable insights in which best to position resources to capture perceived inefficiencies in PH Domestic Sugar Market.The analyst is also expected to support the operations of the paper and the international desk of the company.

• Maintaining, updating and improving the company’s proprietary agricultural supply and demand models, reports and databases that the company uses for its overall physical trading strategies
• Monitor local and international agricultural developments in assigned commodity, trade flows, market relevant information to keep our assumptions, models and strategies up to-date to ever changing environment.
• Supporting the operations of the paper and international desk by maintaining databases, calculators and reports to better streamline its performance.
