Qualifications

• College graduate with any 4-year course.
• Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse/logistics/distribution.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling devices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational/time management skills.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and computer applications.
• Knowledge of health, safety and security protocols in warehouse operations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg regularly and perform manual labor.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Basic numeracy for inventory recording.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical healthcare warehousing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure warehouse premises during assigned shifts.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, stock levels and warehouse transactions.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies and documentation compliance.
• Organize and arrange warehouse stock in designated storage areas for easy retrieval.
• Conduct regular housekeeping to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
• Report security incidents to management.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other devices safely.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting to verify stock accuracy.
• Ensure stored materials are labeled and stored per procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support loading and unloading of goods while maintaining safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily operational targets.
