Job summary

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping precision hardware products to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate forklifts safely and proficiently to move, load, and unload goods, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and stocktaking, utilizing strong mathematical skills to maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Organize warehouse space effectively to maximize storage capacity and facilitate easy access to products.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to coordinate order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment, following company policies and industry standards.
• Perform other related warehouse tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Qualifications

• Valid forklift operation certificate and proven experience in forklift operation (at least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred).
• Excellent mathematical skills, with the ability to perform accurate calculations for inventory management, order processing, and stock verification.
• Strong integrity and a clean work record – we strictly require no history of theft or dishonest behavior.
• Highly diligent, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management procedures and familiarity with precision hardware products is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Filipino is a plus.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
