Qualifications

• Relevant working experience in warehouse or inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock records
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, inventory systems)
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily checking and monitoring of warehouse inventory levels
• Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing deliveries against documents (RO, SOD, POs)
• Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of items in the warehouse
• Assist in batch uploads and reconciliation of data in ERP systems
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors to resolve discrepancies
