Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. in Taguig City is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Clerk responsible for receiving, inspecting, recording incoming and outgoing deliveries of raw materials or products, unloading packages, and checking contents to ensure they match orders and are intact.

You will report discrepancies to shippers, monitor movements of finished goods and materials, and ensure proper recording before release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a checking/receiving clerk or equivalent.
• Willing to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights (6 days onsite, 1 day off).

Responsibilities

• Performs inspection and keeps accurate records of finished goods and raw and packaging materials transported in/out of the plant warehouse.
• Ensures all accepted finished goods and other materials from productions are in good condition / quality and are accounted for in the system inventory to avoid discrepancies and losses.
• Ensures that all items loaded or transferred to other warehouses are properly recorded and inspected prior to release.
• Monitors all the movements of Finished Goods, Raw and Packaging materials in his/her area of responsibility.
• Inspects and observes the physical condition of the trucks and container vans prior to loading and unloading of all inventoriable materials and supplies.
• Conducts accurate counting and inspection of quality and quantity of materials and finished goods.

They are also responsible for reporting a problem or discrepancy found in delivered items to shippers.
