Job summary

• Receive incoming and dispatch STF between Supplier, Pasig and Granville Warehouse
• Verify the quantity, item description, condition, and documentation of received stocks
• Immediately report discrepancies between merchandise delivered and STF to immediate superior for proper resolution
• Ensure merchandise delivered are stored at the proper binning location per SKU
• Ensure items are properly labeled and easy to locate for picking and inventory purposes
• Conduct physical inventory count of merchandise delivered in Granville warehouse and related documents
• Ensure merchandise are properly and correctly picked based on sales order (SO)
• Double-check item codes, descriptions, and quantities before releasing stocks
• Ensure that all picked items are properly documented and accounted for
• Follow the prescribed FIFO/FEFO procedures, where applicable

About the role

The Inventory Associate is responsible for monitoring inventory levels of all SKUs in the warehouse by ensuring accurate counts for both incoming and outgoing stocks.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming and dispatch outgoing Stock Transfer Form (STF) between Supplier, Pasig and Granville Warehouse
• Verify the quantity, item description, condition, and documentation of received stocks
• Immediately report discrepancies between merchandise delivered and STF to Immediate superior for proper and prompt resolution
• Ensure merchandise delivered are stored at the proper binning location per SKU
• Ensure that items are properly labeled and easy to locate for picking and inventory purposes
• Conduct physical inventory count of merchandise delivered in Granville warehouse and related documents
• Ensure merchandise are properly and correctly picked based on sales order (SO)
