Job summary

Coherent Corp. in the Philippines seeks a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and inventory control in a 100% onsite facility.

You will ensure FIFO/FEFO, 7S, and safety standards, while using MS Office for reporting. The role requires attention to ISO standards, accurate stock monitoring, and occasional overtime to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college-level education in any field, preferably with coursework relevant to warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, document and put away materials securely.
• Issue materials to production and pick/pack finished goods for shipment.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts to maintain accuracy.
• Support warehouse operations and improvements as needed.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO, temperature/humidity control, and 7S/safety standards.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

1. Receive all incoming deliveries, ensure proper documentation, and perform put-away of materials and goods into designated storage locations.

2. Handle the issuance of materials to production and other requestors and perform picking and packing of finished goods for shipment to internal and external customers.

3. Conduct periodic inventory counts as scheduled to ensure and maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.

4. Perform other duties and responsibilities related to warehouse operations as assigned from time to time, including tote box cleaning, apparel management, and other operational support activities.

5. Execute good warehousing practices related to the quality and security of materials, including adherence to handling, ESD, temperature/humidity control, expiration monitoring, and FIFO/FEFO principles.

6. Ensure compliance with 7S and safety standards in all warehouse activities and work areas.

7. Report operational concerns promptly to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.

8. Support the Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, and/or Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in monitoring inventory levels and maintaining appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels for consumable materials to ensure availability and prevent overstocking.

9. Support the department in meeting annual performance targets and KPI objectives.

10. Participate in warehouse improvement activities, such as reorganization, stock compression, and material transfers, which may require physical exertion.

Education & Experience

Completion of a bachelor’s degree or college-level education in any field, preferably with coursework relevant to warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related discipline.

Working Conditions

This role is 100% onsite/office-based with regular physical exposure to warehouse operations.
