Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking a seasoned manufacturing supervisor to lead day-to-day production on the periphery of high-precision fabrication. You will monitor schedules, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement on the production floor.

The role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma principles, strong leadership and clear communication to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain efficient operation. This position is based in the Philippines and requires readiness for weekend or shift work as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably optics, semiconductor, or precision fabrication).
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.

Education & Experience
