Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking an onsite Warehouse Associate in Laguna to receive, store, pick, and pack materials. You will maintain inventory accuracy, adhere to ISO standards, and support KPI targets in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or college-level education, MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with SAP or Oracle. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; occasional overtime may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or college-level education in a related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates. Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with SAP or Oracle systems will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Receive all incoming deliveries, document properly and put away materials into designated storage locations.
  • Issue materials to production and other requestors; perform picking and packing of finished goods for shipment.
  • Conduct periodic inventory counts to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Execute good warehousing practices; monitor handling, ESD, temperature/humidity, expiration, FIFO/FEFO.
  • Implement 5S/6S and safety standards in warehouse activities and areas.
  • Report operational concerns to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
  • Assist Lead Supervisor/OIC in monitoring inventory levels and min/max quantities.
  • Support department in meeting annual targets and KPIs.
  • Participate in warehouse improvements and material transfers requiring exertion.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive all incoming deliveries, ensure proper documentation, and perform put-away of materials and goods into designated storage locations.

  • Handle the issuance of materials to production and other requestors and perform picking and packing of finished goods for shipment to internal and external customers.

  • Conduct periodic inventory counts as scheduled to ensure and maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.

  • Execute good warehousing practices related to the quality and security of materials, including adherence to handling, ESD, temperature/humidity control, expiration monitoring, and FIFO/FEFO principles.

  • Implement and maintain 5S/6S and safety standards within all warehouse activities and work areas.

  • Report operational concerns promptly to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.

  • Assist the Lead Supervisor and/or Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in monitoring inventory levels and establishing accurate minimum and maximum quantities for consumable materials.

  • Support the department in meeting annual performance targets and KPI objectives.

  • Participate in warehouse improvement activities, such as reorganization, stock compression, and material transfers, which may require physical exertion.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or completion of college-level education in a related field.

  • Open to fresh graduates. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with SAP or Oracle systems will be considered an advantage.
