Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, verify, and document shipments, and to pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment. This role involves performing regular inventory counts and maintaining precise records in SAP 4/Hana.

You will use barcode scanners or mobile devices for tracking, collaborate with Ops, Inventory, and Quality for material flow, and support 5S initiatives while keeping storage areas clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics industry.
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment based on work orders or shipping documents.
• Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management systems (SAP 4/Hana).
• Use barcode scanners or mobile devices for tracking material movement.
• Assist in the proper labeling and storage of semiconductor products to prevent contamination or damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned storage areas.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments (Ops, Inventory, Quality) for material flow and issue resolution.
• Utilize basic Microsoft Office tools:
• Excel for inventory logs and simple reports.
• Word for documentation and standard forms.
• Outlook for internal communications and schedule updates.
• Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives in the warehouse.

Requirements

• At least Highschool graduate
• Experience in warehouse or logistics industry
• Knowledgeable in inventory and warehouse management systems
• Understanding of Microsoft Office tools such as but not limited to MS Excel
• Can start immediately and with complete government requirements
• Willing to be assigned in Maguyam, Silang, Cavite
