Coherent Corp. is seeking a warehouse associate to handle receiving, storage, issuing, and packing materials for production and shipment. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, proper documentation, and adherence to 5S/6S and ISO standards.

The successful candidate will have a related degree or be open to fresh graduates, with strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with SAP or Oracle. The position is onsite in the Philippines.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct periodic inventory counts to maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to 5S/6S, safety, ESD, temperature/humidity controls, and FIFO/FEFO.
• Report operational concerns to stakeholders promptly.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and setting min/max quantities.
• Support KPI targets and participate in warehouse improvements.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
• Receive all incoming deliveries, ensure proper documentation, and perform put-away of materials and goods into designated storage locations.
• Handle the issuance of materials to production and other requestors and perform picking and packing of finished goods for shipment to internal and external customers.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts as scheduled to ensure and maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Execute good warehousing practices related to the quality and security of materials, including adherence to handling, ESD, temperature/humidity control, expiration monitoring, and FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Implement and maintain 5S/6S and safety standards within all warehouse activities and work areas.
• Report operational concerns promptly to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Assist the Lead Supervisor and/or Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in monitoring inventory levels and establishing accurate minimum and maximum quantities for consumable materials.
• Support the department in meeting annual performance targets and KPI objectives.
• Participate in warehouse improvement activities, such as reorganization, stock compression, and material transfers, which may require physical exertion.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or completion of college-level education in a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with SAP or Oracle systems will be considered an advantage.
