Responsibilities

• Whs Stocks forecasting, ordering and reporting on production raw materials.
• Production target reporting.
• Production output computation for frozen and thawing.
• Monitoring RTV and supplier reports.
• Handling sales orders and invoicing.
• Store coordination for stocks concerns.
• Weekly and monthly inventory reporting.
• Monitoring manpower for warehouse and logistics.
• Managing warehouse, production, and logistics concerns.
• Record keeping for receipts and important documents.
• Handling warehouse and logistics fund.

• Production Target Reports
• Production Output Frozen and Thawing Computation (Monthly Reports)
• Production SOS Builds and Transfer
• RTV Monitoring and Supplier Reports -Delivery Receipt (SOS Input)
• Sales Order SOS shipment & invoicing (Google Drive uploading)
• Store Coordinator (Stocks Concerns)
• Weekly and Monthly Inventory Reports -Admin Concerns
• Manpower Monitoring Warehouse Production and Logistics
• Handling Warehouse ,Production & Logistics Concerns
• Record Keeping (Receipt,Files and Other Important Documents)
• Handling Warehouse and Logistics Fund (Liquidation/CA/Reimbursements)
