Qualifications

• Expert-level experience with Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS).
• Five years of integration design experience involving Oracle Utilities products (WACS, CCS, CCB, MDM, or OFS).
• Three years of experience with Oracle Utilities, ERP, SCM, asset management, or inventory management solutions.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) architecture.
• Knowledge of integration principles, patterns and best practices.
• Ability to design business and technology solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Experience translating complex business processes into technical specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Available to start on November 2, 2026.
• Willing to work under a hybrid arrangement in Mandaluyong City.
• Filipino citizen or legally eligible to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter expert in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS).
• Gather and analyse business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Design and deliver integrations between Oracle Utilities products and enterprise systems.
• Translate complex business processes into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Contribute to integration architecture, technology, and project decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Support system implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and production activities.
• Investigate integration and application issues and provide timely solutions.
• Identify project risks and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and mentoring sessions.
• Improve integration strategies, system reliability, and project outcomes.
