Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services (WACS).
• 5+ years of integration design experience with Oracle Utilities products.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Utilities integration and provide technical direction to the team.
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs, technical requirements, and transformation goals.
• Translate complex business processes and requirements into clear technical specifications and integration solutions.
• Design and implement integration solutions across Oracle Utilities and enterprise platforms.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of systems, applications, and business processes.
• Contribute to important technical and team-level decisions.
• Provide solutions to complex challenges affecting both your immediate team and multiple teams across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align functional designs, application designs, and integration architecture with client expectations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or challenges, and proactively drive resolutions.
• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing and technical capability development
