Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd in Manila is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer with strong Oracle Utilities WACS expertise to join our team. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective integration solutions and act as SME.

The role offers hybrid work with 2x onsite days per week, shifts from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and opportunities to shape enterprise integration using Oracle Utilities products and OIC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services (WACS)
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities, ERP, SCM, Asset Management, or Inventory Management
• 5+ years of integration design experience involving Oracle Utilities products
• Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration architecture
• Experience with Oracle Utilities products such as WACS, CCS, CCB, MDM, OFS
• Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices
• Ability to translate business requirements and processes into effective technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as a SME for Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services (WACS).
• Collaborate with and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Make or contribute to key technical and team-level decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive integration initiatives.
• Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Design and implement integration solutions aligned with business and technology requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless system and process integration.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address integration-related challenges.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentoring, and best-practice adoption within the team.
• Support continuous improvement of integration strategies, processes, and solutions.
